Millman School of Real Estate provides a comfortable, state of the art classroom setting to ensure that learning is done in the best possible environment.

Millman School of Real Estate is committed on providing you with a solid foundation for a successful future in real estate. There are three course segments: Real Estate Sales, Real Estate Law and Real Estate Math. There is an opportunity to "test out" of the math section.

An applicant must be at least 18 years of age and be a high school graduate or hold a GED.

The pre-licensing curriculum is designed to prepare the student to pass the state and national exams required by the Delaware Real Estate Commission. A score of 70% is required on both exams. Your real-life training begins when you partner with a broker and establish your business in the real estate industry.
